Reading is the key
to the future

 

     
Summer Reading Programs begin with an interactive concert: Bugs and Moose on the Loose starring Tom Seiling. Join us for a rollicking good time on the Stiegel Elementary School playground at 6:30 PM – Bring your lawn chairs and blankets.

Poetry Night at the Café: “You are Here….”Friday April 25 @ 7:00 (Location: Brick House Café)

First Dibs Night – Volunteer to help set up the annual used book sale. 6-? Meet at the library.

 

Library hours are Monday through Thursday 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9-4 PM.  Contact library staff members at
665-6700 for library information or to sign up for programming.


 

H.O.M.Express is a free service of the Manheim Library.  Delivery of material can be made to people who are unable to come into the library due to physical limitations.  Call the library for all the details or to have an application sent to you.

Library’s Used Book Sale

The Manheim Community Library’s annual Used Book Sale will be at the Manheim Farm Show complex -- Friday, May 10 from 4-8:30 and on Saturday, May 11 from 9-12 (A Buck a Bag all morning long!). Preview Sale is Thursday, May 8 from 6-8 PM. Admission is $5.00 per person.

To benefit the Manheim Community Library

Several thousand gently used books to choose from:

PRICES:

Adult hard cover $1.00

Adult paper back: .50

Children’s books: ½ price

DVD and CD’s $1.00

Video Cassettes .50


Jen Fiene will be on hand to help with homework, plan fun activities and chat. Drop ins welcome. 


 

Concert:        Bugs and Moose…Out on the Loose!  Tom Sieling, performs a rollicking family program of humorous songs. He will accompany himself on a guitar, banjo, harmonica, & a drum machine!
